Project Goals:
- Develop a former drive-in movie site into a regional power center
- Secure national anchor tenancy
- Lease and develop the site to take advantage of excellent visibility and access to major interstate road network
Project Accomplishments:
- Design: Worked with multiple anchor tenants to effectively lay-out the site to maximize overall GLA and value. Designed significant on and off-site improvements.
- Approvals: Secure necessary municipal approvals to develop the project.
- Leasing: Secured national anchor tenancy including:
- Lowes Home Improvement
- Kmart
- Loews 16 screen Cineplex
- Kohls
